Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. A successful Carpenter will demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading, fabrication, and the use of power tools.

Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Construct, install, and repair structures such as roofs, walls, decks, icf construction, Timber framing.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for various projects.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, to ensure project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately.
• Experience with drywall installation is preferred.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Working at heights is a plus.
• Need to be a CANADIAN citizen.
