Job Description

Perform application monitoring and develop new solutions to meet different solutions as per business needs.
Document all application change requests and knowledge in standard format, to be used for future use cases by different teams.
Also provide technical and operation support for production issues and work on incidents raised by users.
Work with SQL and data warehouse concepts.
