MS Plumber

Job description
Venn Group has been approached by a Social Housing provider in Stockport to recruit for a Multi-trade Plumber on a temporary basis.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a similar role, ideally within social housing settings.

Key Duties Include:
• Carrying out 1st 2nd fix plumbing on tenanted social housing properties
• Reactive maintenance including fault finding
• Basic Joinery (bath panels etc)
• Basic patch plastering (up to 1m2 associated works)
• Basic tiling and painting tasks

Essential Skills Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Working within the social housing sector
• Full UK Driving Licence
