Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and driven Motor Design Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in motor design. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in designing Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) and a thorough understanding of electromagnetic principles, motor winding, harmonics, and motor control. The candidate should be proficient in utilizing software such as Ansys Maxwell for 3D electromagnetic design and possess the ability to independently design electric motors from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
=>Lead and execute end-to-end design of electric motors, with a focus on PMSM technology.
=>Proficient in electromagnetic simulation and design, with hands-on experience in Ansys Maxwell (3D) or equivalent EM simulation software.
=>Strong understanding of electromagnetics, motor winding, harmonics, and losses in motor design.
=>Knowledge of motor control principles and their application in real-world systems.
=> Ability to independently design, simulate, and test motors from concept to production.
=> Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
