This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Motor & Non-Motor located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet sales targets for motor and non-motor insurance products. Key responsibilities include recruitment of agents and soliciting business through them.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning; knowledge of motor and non-motor insurance products and market trends; strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills; experience with market analysis and data-driven decision-making; excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
