Job Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) daily
Create engaging edits with hooks in first 2–3 seconds
Add:
Motion graphics (After Effects)
Subtitles & captions
Sound effects & music
Use AI tools to speed up editing workflow
Deliver 20–50+ videos/month (depending on workload)
Maintain brand style & consistency
Work with marketing/social media team
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Photoshop / Illustrator basics
YouTube long-form editing
Meme/trend-based editing knowledge
Basic 2D/3D animation
