About the Role
Aximz Technologies is looking for a skilled and creative Motion Graphic Artist to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality motion graphics and video content primarily for social media platforms and brand explainer videos. You will work closely with internal teams and brand partners to translate ideas and briefs into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce motion graphics, animated content, and video edits for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create explainer videos for brands that clearly communicate products, services, and concepts through animation and visual storytelling.
• Edit and assemble video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro with strong attention to pacing, transitions, audio sync, and overall quality.
• Build motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, including kinetic typography, logo animations, lower thirds, and transitions.
• Design supporting visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Generate and integrate AI-produced video content using tools such as Kling AI, Seedance, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements, brand tone, and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on trends in social media content, motion design, and AI video generation tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post-production.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Kling AI, Seedance, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices.
• Good sense of design fundamentals including typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand creative briefs, interpret brand requirements, and deliver work that aligns with the vision.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and receive feedback constructively.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments and work within defined timelines.
• A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video edits, and social media content is mandatory.
Good to Have
• Experience with audio editing and sound design.
• Knowledge of 3D motion design tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Prior experience working with multiple brands or in a creative agency setup.
• Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management workflows.
