We provide pre-qualified leads predominantly with EOI’s already in place, whilst still encouraging the flexibility to work with your self-introduced clients. We are looking for a go getter; someone hungry and keen to grow their loan book while working for one of the best companies in the industry!
Our ‘self-employed’ model enables you to achieve uncapped earnings and an ability to diversify your business. You will be working in a supportive team environment and with other driven team members who are settling $5 million + per month.

Due to company expansion, we are seeking highly motivated and driven Mortgage Brokers to join our growing team; This is a rare opportunity to join an award winning ***** finance and property group.
To be successful in joining our high performing team, you will need to demonstrate:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a mortgage broker with strong technical skills and product knowledge
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with house and land construction finance
Impeccable approach to client services
Minimum – Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Diploma Finance & Mortgage Broking preferred or ability to obtain
FBAA or MFAA membership
Ability to undergo a CV check through our Aggregator (nMB – National Mortgage Brokers) and all other industry relevant checks and certifications
Exceptional presentation skills, determination, and the drive to exceed the client’s expectations and business performance requirements.
Be an excellent communicator
Experience with BrokerEngine is highly regarded
Availability to service clients during evenings and weekends is a must
Hold an ABN or ability to obtain one
Pass a reference check
The REIF team has been extremely successful in achievements and has been finalists and award winners across multiple platforms.
