Mortgage Broker – PictureWealth Finance (Perth Employed + Warm Leads Provided)
Location: Perth, WA
Employment Type: Full-time (Base Salary + Bonus Structure)

Your Role
Manage incoming referrals and deliver tailored lending solutions.
Guide clients through the full loan journey – from strategy and application to settlement.
Work with Financial Advisers and support staff to create a seamless experience.
Maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of service.
About You
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is preferred, though not essential.
Experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank).
Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Passionate about being part of a purpose-driven team.
