A Customer First approach, and a passion for helping customers
3+ years of mortgage broking experience, and a positive attitude to learning
Strong understanding of lender products, policies, and structures
Exceptional Compliance History and Standards
Excellent written and verbal communication
A can do attitude, and a bias to action
Tech-savvy with experience using broker CRMs
Current MFAA or FBAA membership & Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand goals and deliver tailored loan strategies
Manage a team of high performing Lending Specialists
Leverage support staff for admin, ApplyOnline, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records
Build long-term relationships with customers and lenders
