Job Description
At Aussie, you’ll build your own business backed by Australia’s most recognised mortgage brand. Whether you prefer working remotely, in-store, or a mix of both, you’ll have the freedom to shape your career on your terms—supported by industry-leading technology, award-winning support, and a brand Australians know and trust.
We’ll fuel your growth with a steady stream of high-intent customer appointments, fulfilment support, and AI-powered tools that cut the admin and help you focus on what matters most—your clients.
As part of the Aussie network, you will:
Work with pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar
Work with a dedicated marketing team and budget to generate leads for your business
Guide clients from first contact to settlement, with processing and compliance handled for you
Leverage Aussie’s cutting-edge platform and Client Solutions team to streamline every deal
Unlock extra income by connecting customers with our broader property services, including buyer’s agents and conveyancing
Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To thrive as an Aussie Broker, you’ll need:
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain—we’ll support you)
Sales, broking, or customer service experience
Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business
Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership
Unrestricted Australian working rights
