OverviewThe Modular Kitchen & Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing kitchen concepts and showroom experiences that align with the brands vision. This role blends design thinking, prototyping, visual merchandising, and retail ambience planning, with a strong focus on creating standardized yet aspirational experiences across all showrooms.The designer will play a key role in translating ideas into physical and visual prototypes, setting design and ambience standards, and ensuring consistency in customer experience across locations.Key Responsibilities1. Kitchen Concept Design & PrototypingDevelop innovative modular kitchen concepts based on brand philosophy, market trends, and customer preferencesCreate design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes for kitchensPrototype kitchen units, modules, finishes, and accessories in coordination with production and technical teamsTranslate concepts into practical, executable designs2. Visual Merchandising & Showroom DesignPlan and execute visual merchandising strategies for kitchens and display areasDesign showroom layouts that enhance walk-in experience and product storytellingEnsure optimal placement of kitchens, props, lighting, and graphics to drive customer engagement
