Mobile Device Management Support
Job Description
This position is needed to help with device management of iPads and laptops. Position will include all parts of distributing and collecting devices, including sending basic commands through the MDM software.
When collecting a device, position will examine the device for any issues such as chipped screen or missing keys. Using a mobile device management system, the device will need to be wiped and reset or collected for resale, depending on the age and condition of the device. All steps taken will need to be tracked and documented using existing methods.
To re-distribute the device for use, it will need to be re-imaged and prepared using existing management software and hardware. Once assigned to the new users, the building technical staff for the corresponding building will need to be contacted to arrange pickup.
There is a potential for this position to be asked to pick up or drop off devices at buildings.
These steps will need to be documented within the management software once the device is assigned and deployed.
Skills needed:
- Excel spreadsheet usage/manipulation
- Extreme attention to details like serial numbers
- Ability to be flexible with daily schedules within the 8-4:30 work day
- Passion for learning and growing
- Ability to take direction and follow through
- Computer setup, imaging, or building (hardware and software)
- Experience troubleshooting iPads and/or other iOS devices
- Experience using Mobile Device Management system Mosyle

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
