We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Carpenter to join our team, working on a range of residential and commercial properties in Central & Greater London.
Role Overview:
As a Mobile Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry but works but with a focus on fire door installations, maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards. You will work in various residential properties, providing high-quality craftsmanship and excellent service to our clients. Refresher Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, repair, and maintenance of fire doors in residential properties.
Conducting fire door inspections and carrying out remedial works to ensure compliance.
Working with a range of carpentry-related tasks, including door frames, ironmongery, and general joinery.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with fire safety regulations.
Liaising with clients and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
Attention to deal in both the work undertaken and supporting reports
Completing job reports and documentation as required.Requirements:
Previous experience in fire door installation, repairs, and remedial works desirable but not essential
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent qualification preferred).
Experience working in residential properties.
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Good communication and customer service skills.What We Offer:
