We are seeking experienced Mobile Automotive Detailers to join our growing mobile detailing team in Calgary. The ideal candidate already has detailing experience, understands professional detailing standards, and is comfortable completing jobs independently at customer locations.
Our company handles customer communication, bookings, scheduling, marketing, and follow-ups. Your role is to show up professionally, complete high-quality detailing work, follow our service standards, and help create a great customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for detailers who already have their own setup and want access to more paid jobs without having to run ads or manage customer acquisition themselves.
Duties
Perform thorough interior and/or exterior vehicle detailing services at customer locations
Vacuum, shampoo, and clean carpets, seats, mats, and upholstery
Clean dashboards, consoles, door panels, vents, trim, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
Wash, clean, and detail vehicle exteriors where applicable
Clean wheels, tires, door jambs, and other detailed areas
Apply protective products or coatings when required
Complete pre-job and post-job walkthroughs
Take clear before-and-after photos for quality control
Identify vehicle condition issues before starting the job
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Follow company checklists, service standards, and quality-control procedures
Maintain your equipment in clean, safe, and professional working condition
Requirements
This is not a beginner training position. Applicants should already understand the standard requirements of professional mobile detailing.
Qualified applicants must have:
Preferably 2 years previous auto detailing experience
Own reliable vehicle
Own professional detailing equipment
Ability to travel to customer locations throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the day
Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques for different vehicle conditions
Professional attitude and pride in high-quality work
Skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
Knowledge of interior and exterior detailing techniques
Experience with shampooing, vacuuming, stain treatment, pet hair removal, glass cleaning, and final inspections
Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Professional communication and punctuality
Ability to represent the company well at customer locations
