Role Description

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for monitoring site activities, ensuring that construction is executed as per the provided drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and managing the project timeline. The role requires strong coordination skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes to support the successful delivery of architectural and interior projects.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil / interior and architectural drawings
- Solid understanding of civil / interior construction practices and site execution
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and managing project timelines
- Excellent problem-solving and site coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors
- Familiarity with relevant construction documentation and workflow
- Proficiency in basic project management and MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
