Position: Team Leader - MIS Executive
Role Summary: The Team Leader - MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and leading a team of MIS executives to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's MIS operations. The role involves overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting, maintaining data accuracy, and providing insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and lead a team of MIS executives to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports and analysis
· Develop and implement MIS strategies to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected and reported
· Provide insights to the management team to support decision-making
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integration and consistency across the organization
· Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports
· Train and mentor team members to ensure their professional development
· Participate in budget planning and cost optimization activities
· Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
· Strong knowledge of MIS concepts, methodologies, and tools
· Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and SQL
· Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
