Job Description
An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive for Bus Maintenance manages data related to fleet operations, repair logs, parts inventory, and maintenance costs to optimize workshop efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Data Management: Track vehicle repair histories, fuel consumption, and breakdown logs daily.
Reporting: Create weekly and monthly performance reports for fleet availability and maintenance costs.
Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts stock levels, usage rates, and procurement requests.
Compliance Tracking: Schedule and track statutory requirements like fitness certificates, pollution checks, and insurance.
Predictive Analysis: Analyze breakdown trends to suggest preventive maintenance schedules.
Key Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, orAutomobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, and Fleet Management Software.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data management, preferably within logistics, transit, or automotive workshops.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
