MIS Executive Collections

The collections team at Skill-Lync is the single, centralized place to manage all billing information about our customers – including company and contact information and payment terms and preferred payment methods; to collect all the critical information about companies and customers we are billing, such as subscriptions and amendments, invoices, payments, and adjustments.

Responsibilities of the MIS Executive:

· Helping the Head of Collections with daily Business as Usual (BAU) activities and different data cuts, with different segmentations as and when required

· Pulling out different data sets from our master data when sought

· Data Churning and Data Mining and Report Generations

· Coordinating with our external NBFC vendor partners to ease out the daily BAU activities

· Identify outstanding account receivables

· Process payments and refunds

Qualification:

· Extremely comfortable working with Advanced MS Excel and Google sheet functions

· Decent knowledge of billing procedures

· Decent knowledge of various collection techniques

· Comfortable working with targets

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
