Job Description

We have an opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to gain new skills, become a multi-skilled operator and join the Milling Team as a Miller.
To be considered for this permanent, fulltime opportunity, you will have the following attributes:
Sound experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of grain milling an advantage
Experience working in confined spaces and at heights
Sound understanding of safety and quality requirements.
Good computer literacy.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
A keen desire to learn and progress.
Solid mathematical and communication skills.
Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
Be self-motivated and positive.
Flexible to undertake tasks across our site and in different areas of the business.
You will have a personal commitment for your safety and can look forward to collaborating with a close-knit team of experienced colleagues. A Forklift License is highly desirable, although is not essential. There will be an individual training plan developed for the successful applicant including appropriate induction into the Milling Team.
Other:
This position will require shift work.
Occasional overtime may be required to meet operational needs
A pre-employment medical and work rights check is part of the assessment process for recommended applicants
