Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of social media specialists, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and the agency's account management team to develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and community management, ensuring high-quality work that meets client expectations.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, addressing questions and concerns, and proactively proposing new ideas and initiatives.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure that your team is informed and trained accordingly.
• Budget Management: Manage social media campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all social media content and interactions adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
