Job Description
SOA / OSB Lead (Oracle Middleware)
Experience: 8–14 years (5+ years in Oracle SOA / OSB)
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior SOA / OSB Integration Lead to design, build, and govern enterprise-grade integrations using Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Oracle SOA Suite. The role involves technical leadership, architecture ownership, and ensuring secure, scalable, and stable system integrations in a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and define enterprise SOA integration architecture using OSB
• Lead development of OSB pipelines, proxy & business services
• Build and govern REST & SOAP integrations
• Define service standards, versioning, and governance policies
• Ensure security (OAuth2, JWT, WS-Security) and compliance
• Monitor performance, handle production issues & RCA
• Mentor middleware developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mandatory Skills
• Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
• Oracle SOA Suite
• REST / SOAP, XML, XSD, XSLT, XQuery
• JMS / MQ, asynchronous messaging
• Strong production support & governance experience
