Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service module and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating D365 CRM solutions, while leveraging Azure services to build scalable, secure, and highperformance enterprise applications.

Mandatory

5-7 yearsof experience inMicrosoft Dynamics 365
Strong handson experience withCustomer Service module
Strong experience withAzure Integration Services
Good understanding ofDataverse
Strong debugging and problemsolving skills
Dynamics 365 CRM (Technical)

Design, develop, and customizeMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMsolutions with focus onCustomer Service module
Configure and customize:
Entities, fields, forms, views, business rules
Workflows, Power Automate flows, SLAs, queues, case management
Developplugins, custom workflows, and actionsusingC# and .NET
Create and consumeREST / Web APIs (OData)for system integrations.
Azure & Integrations

Design and implement integrations usingAzure services, including:
Azure Functions
Azure Logic Apps
Azure Service Bus
Azure API Management
Implement async / eventdriven integration patterns
Work withAzure AD, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms
Monitor applications usingAzure Application Insights
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
