Job Description
1. Media Preparation
2. To perform food and water swab tests
3. To perform pathogen testing
4. Quality Documentation
5. Maintain all work books registers and instrument logbooks and other relevant records up to date written in a specific approved format.
6. To maintain Housekeeping of the work area.
7. Check and maintain stocks of chemicals, consumables and glassware
8. Carry out any other relevant work assigned from time to time by superiors.
