Job Title: MICE Event Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MICE Event Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. The MICE Event Manager will ensure that all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and organize MICE events from conception to completion.
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
Vendor Management:
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and catering.
On-Site Management:
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Manage on-site staff and coordinate activities to ensure smooth event operations.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage event budgets.
Track expenses and ensure events are delivered within budget.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to promote events.
Develop marketing materials and strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed event reports.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety requirements.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a MICE Event Manager or similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
