Responsibilities
As a Steward Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigned operational functions within the department
You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service
By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us
Creating and ensuring a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount in accordance with S.H.O.W
Accountable for and dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheld while promoting and building positive public, employee and departmental relations at all times
Possesses thorough knowledge of proper usage and maintenance of all equipment to sustain and improve cleanliness and sanitation of such equipment
Inspects equipment and assures PM is in effect
This also includes day to day operations ensuring proper cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of all ware washing machines, equipment and chemicals
Maintains a seamless and hassle-free work environment by conducting on-the-job training programs for all department personnel
Identifies any performance gaps with talent and provides proper coaching
Educating and keeping up to date knowledge regarding all codes relating to sanitation according to State and Federal guidelines
Prepares talent schedules based on forecasting data according to company guidelines and develops production schedules, pars according to outlet projections
This includes assisting in the coordination of stewarding personnel and accurate record and log maintenance
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility ensuring all daily and weekly cleaning and deep cleaning schedules are followed to keep the property fresh
Performs any duty of equal or lesser complexity assigned by the Executive Steward or Assistant Executive Steward

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
