The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal metrology, specifically in Regulatory Affairs & Policy, with experience in handling regulatory functions for drugs, cosmetics, and food products in domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities include assessing the current regulatory landscape, coordinating training and workshops, contributing to public policy and advocacy efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1+40, FSSAI 2006, Legal Metrology Act 200+, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
