Job Responsibilities-
Define, plan, coordinate and follow up projects to implement new processes and equipment
Process planning and designing for new product development, process try out and handover to manufacturing for serial production, preparation of process documents etc.
Ensuring capacity as per required volumes and initiating actions wherever required.
Improvement in the existing process form quality, productivity and safety point of view. Cost reduction projects.
Taking Elementary cycle time study to improve the cycle time.
Creating a ME production document (PFMA, SOP, )
Plant Layout Preparation Capacity Utilization & Line Balancing.
Reviewed engineering drawings for accuracy prior to releasing them into the production environment.
Analyzed production data to identify areas of process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve productivity.
Technology upgradation for improving quality, productivity.
Coordinated with vendors, suppliers and manufacturing personnel to resolve technical and quality issues.
New product line, Fixture Development.
Skills Requirement -
