About the Role
We're seeking an experienced key member of our FASTag acquiring business team. You will be responsible for managing our merchant portfolio, building strong relationships with merchants, and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery.
Role Description
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance merchant satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant issues and improve service quality.
• Monitor merchant feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Toll and Transit industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
