Opening for Merchant Banking division. The requirement for the Profile is detailed hereinbelow Role Name – Merchant Banking Manager Educational Qualification –MBA or CS or any other professional degree Experience – 1-2 yrs experience Pay Range – 4-6 lac pa (negotiable on last drawn salary) Role Description • The individual will be part of the Merchant Banking Team • The role involve both Business Development and execution skills • Identify leads for Origination and follow up, work towards converting those leads into further meetings • The individual must have self-driven attitude and eventually be ready for client facing role. • Preparation of Teasers for marketing • Prior Capital Markets experience would be preferred • Understanding of business and companies • Originate business through identification of MB opportunities, direct follow up with corporate or build relationship with intermediaries (CA, CS, Consultants, Lawyers, etc). • Ensure comprehensive documentation exists supporting the end-to-end analysis approach and execution • Preparation of Presentation and MIS • Understanding of Regulations, Rules, etc of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, etc • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals THANKS & REGARD'S SNEHA SATOSE SENIOR HR (W) 022-30863++8 WWW.BONANZAONLINE.COM
