JOB ROLE: MERCHANT HOME FURNISHING
This position will be based out of the Jaipur office. Applicants must have 2+ years of experience.
As a Merchant, you will work closely with the Founders, and coordinate with clients of the company.
Given the nature of this role, we value any previous work experience you may have in the home decor industry. Having said that, factors such as motivation, honesty, hard work, and dedication will also be critical factors of assessment.
An indicative list of activities is provided below:
• Communication: Communication will be with both, internal stakeholders, such as different departments in the company, as well as with external stakeholders, such as clients, photographers, vendors, etc.
• Coordination: Coordination is crucial for this role. You will have to conduct prompt follow ups, meet deadlines, ensure timeliness of activities, and provide consistent updates.
• Client Management: You will be the point of contact between the company and different clients and vendors, and therefore, will be crucial for collecting and providing information on both ends.
• Maintaining Record: Maintaining a record of your activities with clients will be critical to track status of work, as well as to ensure all information is available when required.
