Job Description

Own 'Fresh' and lead the Merchandise team to ensure visual merchandising excellence in-store.
Consistently present products with a focus on placement, appeal, and quality to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all merchandising activities.

What you'll do | Hei mahi


Champion Freshness & Quality: Conduct regular walks and audits to ensure high standards of quality and freshness, particularly for fresh food production.
Drive Visual Merchandising Excellence: Oversee planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, stock loss, markdowns, and ensure consistent campaign alignment across all displays.
Promote Brand & Team Advocacy: Champion 'Own Brand' products and empower the team to act as effective food ambassadors.
Optimize Operations & Resolve Issues: Address process-related issues, conduct health checks to identify improvements, and ensure efficient functional performance.
Provide Leadership & Foster Collaboration: Step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in team collaboration initiatives.

The ability to work four weekend shifts consisting of at least 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month and at least one evening each week (until at least store closure).
