Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, coordinating with contractors and teams on-site.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings and work method statements.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to superiors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC principles, systems, and site installation protocols.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other HVAC design and site documentation tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently at various project sites.
