Job Description
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-level psychology support services to school-age students, focusing on improving their learning outcomes and supporting their mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice to school leadership teams on the development of teaching and learning strategies and student wellbeing programs.
Work collaboratively with other professionals on complex cases, including supporting teachers in the development of educational programs to improve student learning, particularly for students with additional needs.
Undertake advanced interventions that support students and schools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A graduate or post-graduate qualification in psychology or equivalent.
Full Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA). Provisional Psychologists may apply for this position and if successful will be appointed at the Allied Health (AH) 2 salary range.
