We are seeking a Seasonal Full Time Men’s Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. As a Men’s Housekeeping Attendant, you will provide a clean and healthy environment for members and guests and aim to achieve a high standard of professional cleaning at all times.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, meeting or exceeding annual service standards
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas using dry/wet mops, vacuums, and carpet shampooers
Perform detailed cleaning of walls, ceilings, stairwells, elevators, windows and any other surfaces relevant to your designated areas.
Disinfect and sanitize floors and surfaces, ensuring hygienic conditions
Conduct floor care including scrubbing, buffing, and waxing hard surfaces to maintain appearance
Report damages and communicate effectively with staff and supervisors using two-way radios
Complete tasks that meet Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Actively contribute to department teamwork and collaboration
Ensure compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Attend general staff meetings, in-house training and workshops
Assist in Laundry when needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of housekeeping or commercial laundry experience is an asset
A diplomatic, outgoing personality with an ability to foster relationships with members and employees
Comfortable with the physical requirements of the job including standing for an extended period of time, walking, lifting, grasping and performing repetitive motions
Adaptability and flexibility to learn and apply skills through on-the job training
Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English
A valid driver’s license is required, as this role involves driving golf carts around the golf premises.

Additional Details:
This is a Seasonal Full Time position that reports to the Housekeeping Team Lead. The successful applicant must be available to work starting April 25th, 2026, until October 14th, 2026, for a variety of shifts including morning, daytime, evening and weekend shifts. Shifts may vary and are typically scheduled from 6:00am to 2:30pm or from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and certification, prior to commencing employment.
