Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Membership Experience Lead to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing team members, and ensuring a seamless experience for all members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in retail management, sales, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the membership team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational goals.
Manage member onboarding, orientation, and ongoing engagement initiatives to foster loyalty.
Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, POS transactions, and cash handling procedures.
Implement sales strategies, monitor retail math metrics, and drive revenue growth through effective merchandising and marketing efforts.
Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and assist with employee training & development programs.
Supervise shift management, scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Handle administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and store management reports.
Maintain organized inventory control and purchasing processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Utilize excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries via phone etiquette and in-person interactions.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase membership participation and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or supervisory roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred for serving diverse clientele.
Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, cash handling, and inventory management software.
Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, merchandising, stock management, and marketing principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with supervisory experience or assistant manager background preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing shift operations smoothly.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
