Job Description
BDO India is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Mega Walk-In Drive for Voice Process roles within its Customer Success, Service & Operations department. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
Meet performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements
Graduation is not required; undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
Must be located in Pune.
Preferred Skills / Attributes
Experience with inbound call processes.
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
