Hostel Crossing, 1st Floor, P L Building, Above Tristar Honda, MI Rd, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001 Roles and Responsibilities : Job description of Assistant Branch Manager : • The Branch Manager is overall in-charge & responsible for Business development and efficient running & managing of the branch including operations, Lending Product Sales, cross sell, Customer Service, Security and Safety in accordance with the Company's objectives/Guidelines. • He needs to ensure a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture. • He needs to achieve individual, Branch and Region Targets /goals through implementation of new innovative/effective business strategies. • Handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services. Handling HNI customers. • Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch. • Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group. • Cost control. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates having minimum 5years of work experience in Banking/ NBFC/Financial services in Sales or Marketing role at manager level.
