What You’ll Do:

As a Medication Technician, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering direct care and medication support. Under the guidance of the Director of Assisted Living, your daily responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and following individualized care plans.
Assist Resident with activities of daily living.
Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly.
Documenting daily care activities, incidents, interventions, and communication with physicians, families, and team members.
Ensuring smooth shift transitions by providing accurate and timely reports to incoming staff and supervisors.
Maintaining updated individualized care plans for residents.
Performing other duties as assigned to ensure high-quality resident care.
What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience required
Certified as a Medication Technician (as required by State regulations) required
Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform various physical tasks throughout the workday (e.g., walking, bending, kneeling, reaching)
