Job Description:

Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to join our team in Jaipur. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will work to increase product awareness, provide detailed product information, and generate sales within your assigned territory. This role is crucial in driving the growth and success of Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd.

Your key responsibilities will include meeting doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals regularly, providing them with up-to-date information about our products, and ensuring they have everything they need to prescribe or recommend our products. You will also maintain records of your activities, analyze market trends, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products of Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the latest information about Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd products.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities for Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd.
• Provide comprehensive product information and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the benefits and uses of our products.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including visits, product presentations, and feedback, and submit these to management.
• Participate in and organize medical camps, workshops, and seminars to promote Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd products.
• Ensure that all promotional activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, with experience relevant to Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, is required for this role at Jawa Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare market and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for reporting and presentations.
