Job Description:
As a Medical Representative at Emcure Pharmaceuticals in Assam, you will play a vital role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and ensuring availability in the market. Your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists to promote Emcure Pharmaceuticals products.
• Achieve and maintain a proper call average to effectively cover the assigned territory.
• Visit doctors to educate them about our product range and generate prescriptions through scientific information.
Liaise with retail chemists to ensure availability and visibility of Emcure Pharmaceuticals products.
• Coordinate with authorized distributors and stockists to ensure consistent product availability in the territory.
• Develop strategies to expand the customer base and improve sales performance for Emcure Pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales and stock data records.
• Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and expense statements promptly as per company guidelines.
• Conduct surveys among chemists to monitor product availability and competitor activities.
• Support the implementation of marketing strategies and participate in medical conferences as required.
• Regularly follow up with doctors, chemists, and stockists to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to Emcure Pharmaceuticals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
