Job Description
I am a medical specialist and have my own consulting practice in North Adelaide. I require a medical secretary 1 day a week (Wednesdays) and can work around school drop-offs and pickups. Typical appointments last between 30 mins and 1 hour with up to 8 patients a day.
Tasks include answering phone calls, booking patient appointments, data entry into medical software, scanning, billing, patient interaction, sending letters. I use GENTU medical practice management software.
This job requires someone who has good communication skills, is diligent and reliable. Attention to detail is important as accuracy in medical data entry is imperative. Experience in medical software either genie or gentu is preferred.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour
