We’re Hiring: Full-Time Receptionist at Lotus Skin Clinic and Cosmetic Centre!
Lotus Skin Clinic and Cosmetic Centre, located in the vibrant HarbourTown Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience in a medical clinic who is committed to being with us for at least a year.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience in a supportive, modern clinical environment. If you have a passion for customer service and are looking for a role with weekday hours, we'd love to hear from you.

Lotus Skin Clinic and Cosmetic Centre is a dedicated in-house skin cancer surgery and cosmetic centre. We specialize in providing high-quality care with a focus on skin cancer checks, treatments, and a range of cosmetic procedures. Our clinic is known for its exceptional patient care, modern facilities, and a professional, welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Set Hours Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties: Manage the front desk with professionalism, including scheduling appointments, assisting patients, and handling inquiries. Processing payments and Medicare Claims. Maintaining a clean and professional reception area
Patient Interaction: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Staff Payroll: Digitally handling staff payroll (xero)
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience working reception in a medical clinic is strongly preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with both patients and staff.
Commitment: We are looking for someone who is committed to staying with us for at least a year.
