Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
As the Medical Quality Head, you will play a crucial role in improving the overall quality of the complete healthcare system at Supreme Hospital. Your responsibilities will include implementing and leading various quality initiatives, conducting NABH and JCI audits, driving clinical excellence, and managing quality process systems. This position requires someone with at least 5 years of experience, including experience in process documentation, process audits, and leading quality improvement projects in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. NABH
- Lead the implementation of NABH standards.
- Drive clinical excellence by ensuring adherence to NABH guidelines.
- Establish regular clinical audit reviews to identify areas of improvement.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement programs.
- Manage and oversee all quality initiatives across functions.
2. Quality Process Management System
- Coordinate the identification and documentation of critical quality processes.
- Maintain documented process maps for various processes and procedures in the unit.
- Conduct process and surveillance audits to ensure compliance.
- Ensure timely closure of any non-conformities.
- Implement and monitor measurement standards.
3. Training & Communication
- Facilitate quality training within the unit.
- Implement various quality training programs.
- Support the communication plan across the function to ensure a shared understanding of quality initiatives.
- Lead all quality and excellence initiatives in your respective function.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: BDS / BPT / MBBS / Any Medical Graduate with MHA.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in process documentation, process audits, and leading & facilitating quality improvement projects.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a hospital setting.
