Role Description The Medical Officer (Kannada MBBS) role at HireHut Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Medical Officer will provide clinical care, conduct patient consultations, and perform medical examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing common medical conditions, coordinating with physicians and healthcare teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient records. The Medical Officer may support minor procedures and surgeries as per qualification and institutional requirements, and provide health education and counseling to patients in Kannada and other applicable languages. The role also involves participating in training activities, adhering to medical ethics, and supporting quality and safety standards within the healthcare environment.
Qualifications
• MBBS should be from India
• should be fluent in Kannada
• minimum 1 year experience is required post internship.
• Strong clinical knowledge and practical experience in Medicine and Patient Care, with the ability to diagnose, treat, and follow up on a range of medical conditions.
• Capability to collaborate and work effectively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience or exposure to Surgery and minor clinical procedures, aligned with MBBS training and institutional protocols.
• Ability to deliver Training, health education, and counseling to patients and staff, including communication in Kannada.
• MBBS degree from a recognized institution, valid medical registration, and compliance with local medical council requirements.
• Proficiency in Kannada and working knowledge of English and/or Hindi for effective communication and documentation.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality in all patient and organizational matters.
• Willingness to work on-site in Indore, manage clinical workloads, and adapt to organizational policies and processes.
