What you’ll be doingconducting face-to-face medical assessments, paperwork screening and appeals for Soldier and Officer candidatesassisting with the coaching of clinical staff to meet productivity, quality and outcome measuresdeputising for the lead medical doctor during any absencesassisting with the first-level appeal process and maintaining appeals within the agreed service standardsmaintaining GMC registration, licence to practise, accreditation and skill mixWhat we’re looking fora fully GMC qualified medical practitioner with licence to practiseIT literacy and experience with Microsoft programmesexcellent organisational skillsthe ability to work effectively and efficiently to tight deadlinesan effective communicator in person and on paperAbout Capita RPPAt Capita RPP, we’re transforming the British Army’s recruitment service.
