Roles and responsibilities
• Executing laboratory testing in line with standard testing procedures, recording observations, and interpreting findings.
• Recording all data and test results accurately and in specified format (written and/ or electronic)
• Cross verify patient details and map the test report with the correct sample.
• Adhering to safety guidelines at all times within the laboratory.
• Maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.
• Cleaning, sterilizing, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment.
• Ordering laboratory supplies, as needed.
• Ownership of company assets while in use.
Qualifications & Requirement
• Bachelors’ degree in MLT or any related field.
• Valid laboratory technician license.
• In-depth knowledge of handling semen analysis
• Previous experience with semen sample analysis will be an added advantage.
• Pick virtual calls with the head office on a daily basis.
