Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeableMedical Lab Technician (MLT) Teaching Facultyto join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical laboratory sciences, a passion for teaching, and the ability to mentor students enrolled in Diploma and Bachelors programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and prepare future medical lab professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in subjects like Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Hematology, and Laboratory Technology for Diploma and Bachelors level students.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical assessments to ensure an interactive learning experience.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions in laboratory settings, emphasizing the use of lab equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Mentor students, providing academic and professional guidance to support their growth and success.
• Monitor and evaluate students progress through regular assessments and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to align program objectives with student outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field (essential).
• Masters degree or relevant certifications (preferred).
• Experience:
• Prior teaching experience in MLT or allied healthcare programs is preferred.
• Hands-on clinical or laboratory experience is an added advantage.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of medical lab sciences and equipment handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.
• Ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
