A rapidly growing cardiology clinic is seeking a front desk receptionist who has working experience at a front desk of a medical office or healthcare related field. This front desk receptionist should also have the ability to multi-task with excellent communication skills and highly proficient computer abilities. This role is designed for a highly motivated, goal, result and performance-driven individual who wants to be rewarded equitably for their time and efforts. The ideal candidate should be able to successfully execute and complete the following tasks and responsibilities:

Welcomes patients by greeting in person or on the telephone
Check in/out patients, collects payments, CPT/ICD-10 coding
Verifying insurances (Insurance and billing knowledge is a plus)
Answering phones
EMR Scheduling appointments
Build rapport with patients during their clinic visit
Maintains a clean, professional and organized office appearance.
Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Skills

Candidates with prior experience in the Medical Industry are highly desirable
Minimum of 1 year or more in the previous job experience in Medical Front Desk
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Clean background and drug test
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in an orderly fashion
Excellent customer service skills and some telemarketing sales skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Required Work Shift

Full time hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 AM to 5:30PM
Saturdays and Sundays OFF.

Medical Terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
