Our fast-growing Oxyderm laser clinic is looking for Clinical Aestheticians and laser technicians. The ideal candidate is someone with knowledge, experience, and competencies in the field of medical aesthetics. Competencies:
At least 3 years of industry experience with the following:
Micro-needling
Advanced Facials
Chemical Peels
Microdermabrasion
IPL and Laser Treatments
Understanding the Integumentary System and Advanced Skin Analysis
Treating Hyper-pigmentation
Understanding Galvanic, Ultrasound and High Frequency
Clinical Aesthetics license is required
Passionate about learning
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
Must have knowledge of social media marketing
Essential Responsibilities: Effectively supervise Employee
Regular communication with exsisting and new patients
Implement Clinical policies consistently
Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
3+ years Experience with Laser Hair Removal, IPL, resurfacing lasers, skin tightening, body contouring and microdermabrasion.
-Experience with Chemical Peels, Facials, and Medical Grade Skin Care
Attend meetings and training sessions
Ensure safety and sanitation during and after treatments
Foster teamwork within the organization
